    Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original condition. Email us at info@phniqcare.com to initiate a return.

    We ship via Bpost or our in-house delivery service, depending on your location.
  • 1. When will my order be shipped?
    Orders placed before 1 PM are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 1 PM will be shipped the next business day.
  • 6. Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
    Absolutely! All our lip glosses are 100% vegan and cruelty-free — no animal testing involved.
  • 2. How long does delivery take?
    • Belgium & Netherlands: 1–2 business days • International: 1–7 business days (depending on destination)
  • 7. What if I receive a damaged product?
    Please email us right away with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll take care of it!
