• Orders placed before 1 PM are shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 1 PM will be shipped the next business day.
🚚 Shipping Method:
Your order will be delivered via Bpost or our in-house delivery service, depending on your location.
🌍 Worldwide Shipping:
Yes, we ship worldwide!
• Belgium & Netherlands: 1–2 business days
• International: 1–7 business days (depending on the destination)
📬 Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

PHNIQ Return Policy

We value hygiene and quality, so returns are only accepted under strict conditions.

Return Conditions
✅ Unopened & Unused – Products must be in original, sealed packaging.
✅ Within 14 Days – Request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
✅ Damaged/Wrong Item – Report within 48 hours with photos for assistance.
🚫 Non-Returnable – Opened/used products, sale items, and gift cards.

Return Process

  1. Request Approval – Email info@phniqcare.com with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Return Instructions – Await confirmation before shipping.

  3. Shipping – Return costs are your responsibility unless we made an error.

  4. Refund/Replacement – Processed within 5 business days after inspection.
